Each project has varying objectives and goals, and requires individual analysis, project structuring, and design approach. To ensure success, we strongly prefer to have the full involvement of our Clients, Students, and Stakeholders from the onset of the development process in order to establish specific project goals and objectives that guide the team. Together we analyze the design challenges and through an established and proven process, determine the functional, spatial, and aesthetic requirements to determine project success.

Ambling University Development Group consists of a specialty group of individuals who each have a vast level of experience in the development, design and implementation of student residential communities and related facilities on campuses throughout the country. Each one of these turnkey projects specifically responds to the needs of the individual institution and their students. We recognize that campus facilities play a vital role in the college experience and are significant components of marketing to prospective students, retention and progression of current students, and graduating a base of alumni that generously contribute back to the institution.

Through our experiences in campus development, we know that housing communities must be livable as well as architecturally appropriate and pleasing, while meeting specific school criteria, desires, and budget constraints.
